City by sea shore

I made this illustration by chance while trying to make some custom brushes in Photoshop. I liked it and started exploring. I felt like it resembled some big city.... city by seashore. And all of a sudden Mumbai came to my mind. But I haven't ever been there, and have a vague idea about the city, so I will definitely not associate this painting with Mumbai.
This is a big city by sea shore, where people come and fly their paper plane of hopes and dreams.
